How we work
A meeting, a trial, then the model at work.
At every step you know what you receive, and you can stop. We always start from a single purpose, the most useful one: we try it on our infrastructure and measure it on your cases before going further.
The four stages
What happens, and when.

The first meeting
Video call or in person. Bring the purpose: an archive nobody can search, a check you do by hand, knowledge that today sits in the heads of a few people. We tell you whether it is a job for a trained model, what it would take (data, access, compute, time) and which route fits: our infrastructure or yours. If it is not a job for us, we say so.

The trial on your documents
On a sample of your documents or data, under a non-disclosure agreement, on our infrastructure. We choose together what to measure, and we measure the result on your cases with numbers you can check yourselves.

Training
We choose the model, train or specialise it on our infrastructure, and measure it again. If you chose infrastructure of your own, we design and build it in the meantime. Every choice is written down: which model, which licence, why.

In service
The model runs on our infrastructure or on yours, which we install and manage. It prepares, and a person decides. When a better open model comes out, we verify it on your cases before adopting it.
What we ask of you
- One person who decides. Not a committee: someone who can say yes.
- Your real documents, not ones rewritten for us: the exceptions are the work.
- Some time from someone who knows the process, to say whether a result is right. That is the measurement that counts.
- Space for the infrastructure, only if you want it at your site: space, power and network we assess together.
What we do not do
- Legal opinions. We read the rules and build the checks; the opinion stays with your lawyer.
- Unmeasured numbers. Every number we give you comes from a trial, with its date.
- Your technical manuals to cloud services. They are read only by the model on our infrastructure or yours.

What people ask us before starting.
Does our data need to be in order?
No. Finding out where it is and sorting it out is part of the work.
Do we need to buy machines?
No. You can start on our infrastructure. If you later want the model at your site, we design, build, install and manage infrastructure of your own.
Can we stop after the meeting or after the trial?
Yes, that is built in. Each step is decided after seeing the previous one.
Where does the model run?
On our infrastructure or on infrastructure of your own, designed and managed by us: you decide. Either way we tell you which model reads your data and where it runs.
What happens to what the model learns from our data?
It stays yours. The model learns from your data for your purpose, and that knowledge does not become training material for someone else’s AI.
Do we need an IT person who knows AI?
No. We need a person who knows your process and can say whether a result is right.
How much does it cost?
The first meeting is free and lasts 30 minutes. The trial on your documents is agreed at the first meeting, tailored to you.
